We do it like this to disable their POP3 access :

  vmoduser -p [EMAIL PROTECTED]

That normally gets their attention pretty quick!

If you just type "vmoduser" without any parameters you will get a full list
of supported options

Note, its nothing to do with qmailadmin, its a vpopmail command....
