I want regular users to be able to create their own aliases (except for a
few "reserved" ones like postmaster/root/mailer-daemon) and notify the user
if the name is not already used by someone else in the virtual domain.  This
functionality is not allowed by qmailadmin for regular users, only for
domain admins.
