Does someone know the reason why I'm getting just two options when adding
mailnig list?

Archived / Not archived 

AND 

Respond to adminstrative requests and allow archive retrieval. / Allow only
digest creation, remote adminstration, and archive retrieval by remote
administrators, (if the list is configured with this options).
