OK - FIXED.... I noticed I could log into qmailadmin as a user. I granted myself Admin rights, logged in, and saw all the users. I then deleted [EMAIL PROTECTED], recreated it, and gave it admin rights. It can now see everything.
So, evidentally, something was wrong with that specific user account. But, all working now.
