This is not quite what I was asking. I have a similar RBL setup in sendmail. However, sendmail allows me to selectively switch this off on an account-by-account basis by using the /etc/mail/access file. Some mail servers are always listed in the RBL and we have a few frustrated customers who wonder why we can't get email from "big" ISPs like Verizon. For those few people we can switch off RBL filtering - I was asking if there was a similar feature with rblsmtpd or a way of emulating a similar setup.
