true. that's frustration boiling forth. however, by the same token, telling steve to "lighten up" was inappropriate. it's his decision how to respond to someone who treats him badly, not yours.

If you don't want to answer the man's question, then don't. But don't answer it
negatively. Be polite. It goes a long way.
are you talking to me? steve answered his question, appropriately, the first time through. the twit gave him attitude. steve asked for an apology for the attitude. never got it. so much for good manners.

And another thing, I'm 21. Age isn't always the problem.
i didn't say it was.

I'll not argue this point further because I think it's off topic.
