sorry to spam the list I should have read the archives and if someone else is still wondering about how to solve this, just use the contrib/cdb_clearpasswd.sh script
basically after upgrading the vpasswd file a cleartext field must be added using the ':' separator. actually setting the clear password doesn't matter, as long as the ':' is there ( after the QUOTA field ) Cheers, George > Hi Guys, > > I have quite a weird problem and I am not sure what to do about it.
