Took me awhile to figure this one out too ... check the permissions on your language file (typically /usr/local/share/qmailadmin/html/en) (en, en-us or whatever language set you are using).
mine was installed with permissions 0600 with ownership root, the http server didn't have access to the file so no text was showing up.� chmod 644 on the language file and "presto!"
Thanks for catching that, I've fixed the 1.0.21 release on my site and SourceForge, and I've corrected it for the next release.
