Two solutions:


1) Set the catchall as a remote address, and enter the entire email address of the catchall account. This will ensure that the .qmail file in the user's directory isn't ignored.

2) Use vpopmail 5.3.21 (which hasn't been released yet) since it includes code where vpopmail checks for a .qmail file even on Maildir deliveries.
