Ah.  I'm setting 20000000 as the default quota at compile time.  vuserinfo
shows 20000000 as well.  Oddly, the squirrelmail plugin that shows the
quota in the left frame
(http://www.squirrelmail.org/plugin_view.php?id=59) shows 20MB.  It claims
to get this info from the IMAP server (courier).

Interesting...  Any thoughts on why the plugin reports 20M?  Is it just
doing a bad job of rounding?  I can probably hack it around if the plugin
is trying to do some odd math.
