I've tired to add a .qmailadmin-limits file in each domains directory with
the default_quota <10M> in it, but qmailadmin creates 0M mailbox.
After the creation of the mailbox, qmailadmin is able to modify without
problems the quota.
I've istalled qmailadmin-1.0.27 but the troubles are the same
10M isn't a valid entry for that field -- it needs to be the number of bytes. Try putting 10485760 into the .qmailadmin-limits file.
Or, try setting the quota with the vmoddomlimits program from vpopmail 5.3.27.
