Same here my mail servers are rejecting a few pif files no where near 60

My mail server bounces email with executable attachments
(qmail-smtpd-viruscan-1.0.patch) and I recently recived a mail from this
mail-list bot that 6 mails had bounced with .pif attachments. (6 not 60)
