On a server with vpopmail 5.3.28 where everyone has a default quota, qmailadmin 1.0.27 added users results in the person having NOQUOTA in the vpasswd file. Revert back to 1.0.26 and they get the default quota from vpopmail like normal. Adding users in vpopmail works fine.
vpopmail was built with --enable-defaultquota=300000000 and qmailadmin was not built with any quota-related options set.

We might need to remove the --enable-defaultquota compile option, as the current vpopmail code makes use of domain limits.
I'm pretty sure that the limits are stored in a .qmailadmin-limits file in the domain directory. QmailAdmin should be pulling the defaults from that file.
You can set and view domain limits with the vpopmail vmoddomlimits program. I'm not sure where the default limits for new domains are stored though...
