Everything seems to have compiled fine; I get the QMailadmin login page when I go to <http://mail.domain.tld/cgi-bin/qmailadmin>. However, when I click the "Login" button, I get:
"Forbidden You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/ on this server."
The URL in my address bar is <http://mail.domain.tld/cgi-bin/>
In your qmailadmin config, you probably set enable-cgipath to "/cgi-bin/" instead of "/cgi-bin/qmailadmin". Just leave it as default and you should be OK.
In your qmailadmin source, look for CGIPATH in config.h. That's the result of the enable-cgipath option.
