[qmailadmin] Compilation Problems with qmailadmin 1.20

(sorry for the double post, I emailed this 5 hours ago and I haven't yet 
seen it come through the list)...

redhat 7.3
vpopmail 5.4
just downloaded qmailadmin-1.20 from sourceforge.

./configure \
        --enable-htmldir=/home/webworksllc/www \
        --enable-cgibindir=/home/webworksllc/cgi-bin
When I run make I get this:

I've seen this in the mailing list but none of the solutions seem to 
work for me... make distclean.. touch *, etc..
