Hey Ok this is what I am using, apache-1.3.29-r1 vpopmail-5.4.0_rc1 qmail-1.03-r13 qmailadmin-1.2.0_rc2-r1
This version uses .maildir. And also when i log into wmail i dont use the full email address for the username, I would just use the user part of the email address for the username login for the site and then i would put the domain that the email was from. Sorry that may be a little confusing.
