You should try to be more specific.
Are you using a mail client to send a msg to your list?
Is this when you are creating a new list?
Which "Submit" button?
We're using qmailadmin v1.2.2, and I can't seem to find a Submit button, we have "add" 
when creating a new list.

Can you rephrase your question?
