This bug exist with qmailadmin 1.2.2.
when you modify a redirection of an E-mail which have a "." in it's name for example test.test. When you modify it, the redirection name at the left is correctly displayed. Then you delete one destination, then the redirection name is test:test instead of test.test when the screen is refreshed.
