I have already sent you the unsubscribe command, and told you which email account to send it from (the account that's receiving the list mseesages.)
Others have also said "look into the headers of the messages you get from the list".
Here is a clearer step-by-step, which seems excessive, since you sound like a smart guy.
1) Open a new mail from the account that's getting list msgs
2) address it: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
2a) subject can be blank
2b) Do NOT reply to a message from teh list, asking for unsubscribing
3) Send it
4) Reply to the confirmation you should get, if you followed steps 1-3 properly
5) Move on and do something else.
