I've upgrade my version of qmailadmin to 1.2.3. But I don't view aliases and
forwards of my .qmail-users in the domain directory.
If you compiled vpopmail with --enable-valias, then qmailadmin will be looking in the valias table of MySQL (or PostreSQL) for the aliases.
You can either run the dotqmail2valias program included with vpopmail to convert your .qmail-users to valias table entries, or you can recompile vpopmail with --disable-valias and recompile QmailAdmin.
