This I believe is the same as the segfault issue.  It is displaying the initial page header (so you get something) and then segfaulting, causing the user to just not get any more information from the CGI.
Apply the patch I posted to the list near the beginning of March (I attached it to this e-mail as well).  Recompile vpopmail and then clean and recompile qmailadmin and it should solve your bug.
