It isn't something that's been requested... Add it as a tracker on http://qmailadmin.sf.net/ and maybe it will be added at some point. The hardest part would be modifying the HTML to have extra columns. We already use the same code for subscriber/digest-subscriber/moderator. Adding "allow" to that list shouldn't be difficult.
