I searched for 3rd-party qmailadmin designs recently, and the only thing I 
found were the Dreamweaver templates here:

But, FYI: We're currently underway to contribute a full XHTML + CSS rebuild of 
qmailadmin, which will be released with a new version. No date yet...as is the 
case with donated development, but "soon." ;P
