[qmailadmin] qmail+mailman

I had qmail running on my mail server which is working fine I had installed 
mailman after finishing evrthing i have restarted qmail with command 
qmailctl restart and then qmail stop working.
When I send mail to any address nothing happen niether it send mail or 
recieve from any other address. I have checked any entry in 
/usr/local/mailman/locks/master-qrunner.mydoamin.com.22621 . I have stop 
mailman rename files in folder  /usr/local/mailman/locks/ then start work 
again.
can any help me resolve this problem
