I use vpopmail+mysql with limits. I perceived that to click in creating
account, it increases the I number of email accounts, that are in the table
dis_control, column cur_users but does not create the account in the table
that keeps the email accounts (apaeb_com_br). The correct line in the table
limits exists with the correct values, and everything functions correctly,
except the creation of users.

then on vqadmin check what is the limit for email account?
you might be has reach the limit for email account (my guest)
