[qmailadmin] QMA Graphic Image

Jake Vickers and I are willing to adapt the qmail-toaster image (see 
http://www.qmailtoaster.com) for use with qmail-admin. Jake assures us 
that this graphic *is* GPL. We would simply replace the word "Toaster" 
with the word "Admin". This would replace the present middleleft1.png 
and main.png images.

If that's acceptable with the community here and will be included in the 
package, we'll proceed with construction.

Please advise.
