[qmailtoaster] error messages with package upgrade (zlib and spamassassin)

I downloaded the most recent version of zlib and spamassassin from the qmailtoaster website.

 

 

First error -

 

spamassassin built just fine with the --with cnt40 configured.  However, it would not install, the error message is as follows:

 

rpm -Uvh spamassassin-toaster-3.0.4-1.2.5.i386.rpm
Preparing...                ########################################### [100%]
   1:spamassassin-toaster   ########################################### [100%]
error: unpacking of archive failed on file /etc/mail/spamassassin/.spamassassin/auto-whitelist: cpio: rename failed - Is a directory

??? Did I forget something?

 

 

Second error -

 

this was a quick one:

 rpmbuild --rebuild zlib-1.2.3-1.0.2.src.rpm
Installing zlib-1.2.3-1.0.2.src.rpm
error: zlib-1.2.3-1.0.2.src.rpm cannot be installed

??? Ok, I know it's late/early/whatever, but am I missing something here?
