Hmm. It didn't get installed into the supervise package for some reason, and is not running on your system. Maybe try removing the installed RPM, and reinstalling it?

No, in /var/qmail/supervise, I've only got:

clamd  imap4  imap4-ssl  pop3  pop3-ssl  send  smtp


And no joy on spamd when issuing ps -ax | grep spamd as root either
