You have to unencrypt the key used to generate the csr: openssl rsa -in server.key.encrypted -out server.key
Then use the signed cert (server.crt) and do the following: cat server.key server.crt > servercert.pem Copy servercert.pem to /var/qmail/control/servercert.pem and service qmail restart.
