[qmailtoaster] Alternate SMTP server

I'm having a problem with domains such as AOL and NETSCAPE blocking emails from my domain.  I read something about them doing that to small domains such as mine.  What would I need to do to have my server sent all outgoing mail through my isp's smtp server.
