I can't help you much with the first part, but I can tell you about the
second part - the aliases have been moved into MySQL. All of the old
aliases (.qmail) can be migrated into the new MySQL table using the
/home/vpopmail/bin/dotqmail2valias command. I'm not sure of the table
structure, so you may need to get into MySQL to show the tables to see
how you would manually add aliases from the command line. QMailAdmin
adds them, of course.
