[qmailtoaster] Upgrading QmailToaster

I am noticing that there are newer packages for zlib, squirrelmail, qmailadmin, maildrop, and spamassassin than what I'm running on my server.  Can I upgrade only these packages without doing a complete upgrade?   I already upgraded clamav and it seemed to work fine.   Thanks for all the help.
