It looks like spamassassin doesn't like the upgrade too much. I've had
this problem with spamassassin before, the easiest way to fix it is to
do the following:

# service qmail stop
# rpm -e spamassassin-toaster
# rpm -Uhv spamassassin-toaster-3.1.0-1.2.6.i386.rpm
# service qmail start

That should restart the spamd process.
