I try to keep qmailtoaster "reasonably" compliant with Dave Sill's "Life
with Qmail" model, which is also the base model of the qmail script. I
think it's a good model to base our packages on.

 I think that's a good model too, but this changes could be done to make it most close at RPM's environment and It's a good way to chose at ntsysv or drakxservices if you don't want to start it at boot time than change file's permissions.
