Should be 0700, vchkpw is the group, vpopmail is the user if you used
the install script from the site. I assume your
rcpthosts & virtualdomains files contain the virtual domains in
question(?).
Ususally there is a log file somewhere that will tell you what's
happening. Does /var/log/messages have any clues? Or
/var/log/maildrop/maildrop.log ?
