port 80 is ok. port 25 fails. Your iptables look ok.
Ah, it is on my end it looks like. I just realized something. Most ISP
block outgoing port 25 for their clients! I had the same problem.
I don't think Qmail-toaster supports SMTP-SSL. It only supports STARTTLS. I
got mine to work by creating a stunnel on port 587.
I also created another supervise daemon called smtps
(/var/qmail/supervise/smtps) and copied the content of smtp to it. Change
the port to 465. This is for STARTTLS for people that can't connect to 25.
Good default policy anyways.
Outlook express only support SSL, so you _have_ to use port 587.

I do have iptables running, but you should be able to connect.. 25 is
open. Try opening http://mail.nlujodhpur.ac.in
If you cannot see the login page, then there's a problem somewhere
outside my network. Maybe my ISP is blocking something.
