Never had a need to myself, but you might try this Perl script:

Or this one that was written to remove messages from the queue
containing a certain string: http://www.redwoodsoft.com/~dru/mailRemove/
Or you can always just adjust your /var/qmail/control/queuelifetime to
something ridiculously small for the time being (600 for 10 minutes or
something). Just remember to bring it back up to something reasonable
once the mail has bounced.
