There is no definitive answer on this. You do what you can to get rid
of it, but it's probably never going to go away since it works.
In qmailadmin under each user, you should have a box that says something
like 'Spam Detection' which should enable the maildrop filter and drop
emails over a certain point limit. Someone else will have to confirm
this - I have not had time to move up to the new packages yet myself.

First, you need to turn that feature on it the mailing list. Here is
