The admin-toaster works perfectly, I mean almost prefectly(I'm unable to change the admin password). I can see in vqadmin my postmaster password and I'm positive that I'm using the right password for postmaster. Since 3 hours I'm browsing the inter7.com/qmailadmin mailing list and there are several theads with similar problems. Most of them are related to set uid, but in my case the accesses are ok. I can login as postmaster from webmail.
