and finally, if you're administering the secondary mail server
instead of using somebody else's service, you must configure it to accept mail for your domain(s), hold it for a reasonable length of time (two weeks, perhaps?), and deliver it to the primary MX.


Wow. This could be useful very shortly. My main server is in Miami, with my backup (web server) in Ft Lauderdale. I'm about to try setting up my server to also do backup on the mail. It all looks clear, except how to tell it (the backup mail server) to deliver it all to the primary mail server. (?)
