On QmailAdmin will demand a lot of time (and later to manage it...).
It's been a while, but there's a command line for ezmlm that allows you
to subscribe bulk-emails from a text file (one email per line).
ezmlm-sub I think. I had helped another guy on the list with the same
issue, so you may want to look at the archives and see what his ultimate
solution was.
