Per,
CentOS 4.2 works great with my server.
I just installed it last week with Qmail Toaster.
You will notice at install, I tried CentOS 4.0 and 4.1,
the toaster install upgrades to 4.2 BEFORE installing the qmail components.
It works. I can vouch for it.
