I was helping another guy with Mandriva 2005 (may have been 2006), with
some similar issues. I don't have any copies of Mandriva myself (I'd
appreciate some links to ISO's, though, so I could do some more testing
with it) so I'll be of limited help....
The perl issues... What are the errors? Sorry if you've posted this
already, but all of the perl modules can be loaded through CPAN which is
why I'm asking.
The default password. I've had this same one on Cent installs myself.
I've always changed it via the command line:
cd /usr/share/toaster/include
htpasswd -b admin.htpasswd admin newpassword
And that should take care of that. The qmailmrtg issue was the same
with the other guy, and we never really came to a solution since he
ended up installing Cent4.2
