Remember for outbound traffic that many email servers will simply not accept
message attachments of that size. Postfix defaults to 10MB total. In
scripts I use mpack to slice and dice messages if I need to get large
attachments through by email. Its easy on OE users. Messages are
automatically combined on the receivers side.

It will also give you this error (or similar) if you have an attachment
that warlord doesn't like. Did you have an attachment included with the
email?
