[qmailtoaster] whitle list confirmations

Hi there - I was curious... is there any sort of plugin for the qmail  
toaster where a first time sender (to a user on the qmailtoaster)  
must confirm their email address (one time only)? Essentially  
populating a white-list (to avoid spam) automatically.

I have this type of thing implemented on my postfix server.
