The big question, tough, is if there's a way to automatically install such a script for each newly created user (if they have a Spam folder), thus automating the process.
No idea as to the impact on the mail server, but I figure if a script like that runs every 12-24 hours, it should not be paralizing - what do you think?

Already a script for it. Head over to my site (http://jakev.com/ qmail) and you'll see the spam links. Someone (I forget who, sorry!) sent me the script he uses. If it seems a little daunting at first, send me an email off-list and I'll send you a copy of the one I rewrote for myself (in English) that you can use. Requires users to put spam into the folder Spam (same as QT), and then reads those emails, as well as their regular email box so it can weigh it against legitimate emails.
