You're missing a file, or have something commented out. The order it
reads these things is 1: rule 2: description 3: score. It's saying that
you have a description, but are missing the rule for the description.
Maybe something got commented out. The SPF_HELO_PASS rule is in your
/usr/share/spamassassin/25_spf.cf file, not sure if the rest are in
there - you'll have to look.
