I've just installed qmailtoaster on my FC4, and it runs smoothly.
However, according to the howto, there should be these lines in my email
header?
"Received: by simscan 1.1.0 ppid: 3675, pid: 3677, t: 0.3578s
scanners: clamav: 0.85.1/m:31/d:880 spam: 3.0.1"
But, on my email header I don't see those lines. Is my installation good?

do you send those emails from localhost ?
as I know, for default QMT doesn't run simscan in local proses
you should do a little modification with tcp.smtp
put simscan proses in local (127.:) then run qmailctl cdb
