Hi... So, I turned up my first mailing list under QMAILTOASTER yesterday. Everything worked great except that a couple of my users have the QuickMail client on Macintosh... it seems to 'see' messages from the mailing list as marked with 'return receipt requested', such that I got several automatic 'Display Notification' messages from those users.
So, I look up "Restricting posts based on the Subject line" http://www.ezmlm.org/faq/FAQ-8.html#ss8.3 and create a DIR/bad_words file in the right place, make the recommended change to DIR/editor and it works. At least, the Display Notification messages aren't going to the list any more, and everything else seems to be posting to the list fine, but I keep getting a 'failure notice' for every message posted to the list: ===start=== Hi. This is the qmail-send program at bcmccoy.com. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up.
