At the CLI, run "qmailctl stat" and see if imap is running. Also try to
"telnet localhost 143" and see if IMAP is answering. You may also want
to double check your logs (apache as well as imap4) and see if any clues
are in there, or at least post part of those logs so we can see where
things are breaking.
